Description

Ceramic Quaich from Highland Stoneware's Seascape Collection

A unique version of the traditional Scottish cup of friendship - normally associated with whisky! The quaich originated from highlanders drinking whisky from scallop shells. This is a ceramic version of this traditional two-handled shallow drinking vessel. It is also a very useful little bowl.

Diameter: 15cm

The varied colours of Highland Stoneware's Seascape Collection are inspired by the famous beaches of Assynt, in the Sutherland region of the Highlands of Scotland.

*Please note that each piece of Highland Stoneware is individually hand-painted by different artists with their own styles, so no two pieces are the same. Pictures are representative of the design. What is guaranteed is that you will have a beautiful and unique piece of stoneware hand painted in the Highlands of Scotland!

All Highland Stoneware is dishwasher & microwave safe, oven proof, freezer proof, as well as being extremely resistant to chipping.
